Once the center of commerce and dining, the Historic District would see a fall in mid-twentieth century when most of the finer restaurants and Boutiques moved up along Pacifica Boulevard which provided breathtaking views for the tourists and affluent residents. However, in recent years, the Historic District has seen much revitalization as many of the older shops were converted to posh condos and lavish nightclubs.

Landon Points Publish Corporation, which is one of the biggest employers in the community, lies on the Southwest corner of MAIN STREET and CENTRAL AVENUE. The twenty-six story building stands as the tallest in the local area.

CENTRAL AVENUE turns into UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD, north of MAIN STREET. Along UNIVERSITY BLVD., between MAIN STREET AND BEACH STREET, lies the coveted University of Pacifica. The Private University is held in high esteem for its renowned professors and Graduate programs. Between UNIVERSITY BLVD and PACIFICA BLVD. Alongside BEACH STREET, one can find many of the dorms, condos, and cafes where the students can be seen.

Most of the action around town lies along PACIFICA BOULEVARD, which runs from MAIN STREET north to the Hills where most of Mansions and Grand Estates reside. PACIFICA BLVD. runs along the coastline and thereafter provides many breathtaking views for many tourists and residents. THE PACIFICA PIERS (located just north of Main Street to the West) are a popular destination for tourists and many locals who want to enjoy a stunning sunset.

Heading Northbound on PACIFICA BOULEVARD, one will eventually reach the area known as Northern Heights. Held in esteem as the nicest area in town for its lavish restaurants and posh boutiques, it is also the area in which PACIFICA BOULEVARD ends, a hill just a few blocks north of NORTHERN HEIGHTS BLVD.

This area is notable for being the location of Ferocia Fashions, Ingenious designer Rafael Montoya's line, and is also the place where Kayla Landon and Kimberly Summers work. In the same block we will also see the award-winning French Restaurant, Chez Rendezvous.
